A Bit About Me
I got into training for the same reason most people do — I wanted to look better and be fitter. But like a lot of people, I found the typical gym environment wasn’t getting me there.
That’s what led me to try CrossFit.
It taught me how to move properly, what real intensity feels like, and how to build strength and fitness with purpose. The result? I got fitter, stronger, and looked better — but more importantly, I finally understood how to train.
I went all-in. I started competing, and not long after, began coaching others. Over time, I realised I found coaching far more fulfilling than competing — so I committed to it fully, investing in education and developing my craft.
Every experience since has shaped how I coach today.
I started Willpower Performance to help people who feel stuck — training hard but not getting results, unsure what to do next, or lacking structure and direction. If that sounds familiar, you’re exactly who I built this for.
At Willpower, I offer 1-on-1 and small group coaching built around the individual. No guesswork, no random programming — just clear direction, structured progress, and coaching that actually meets you where you’re at.
In terms of experience, I’ve worked with clients ranging from kids to 70+, complete beginners through to competitive athletes, and individuals with physical, neurological, and intellectual disabilities. That range has taught me how to adapt and scale training to suit anyone.
I’ve also earned my CrossFit Level 3 Certification — a credential held by less than 1% of coaches worldwide, and one that reflects years of hands-on coaching, continued education, and a deep understanding of effective training.
But qualifications only go so far.
What really matters is how much a coach cares.
I care about the people I work with — about keeping them safe, helping them get results, and building something that actually improves their life long-term.
Coaching isn’t just what I do — it’s what I’m committed to being great at.
If that resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
